Within the framework of the ERA-NET Cofund "Urban Transformation Capacities" (ENUTC), research institutions, cities and communities, companies, civil society organizations and other relevant stakeholders are to form transnational consortia. In jointly conducted research and innovation projects, capacity building for urban transformation should be enabled and supported, especially with the involvement of young people.

Cross-cutting topics and challenges are: Urban circular economies, community-based developments and urban innovation ecosystems and robust and resilient urban infrastructure and built environment
